Tired of conferences focused solely on theory and technique, we envisioned a different kind of gathering. We wanted to create a conference that truly teaches, inspires, and connects the experts who are actively training supervisees.
Our goal was to hear about:

Complex ethical conflicts
Beyond the sessions, we aimed to build a community of supervisors. We understand the isolation of being the sole supervisor in a practice or agency, and the disconnect between ideal supervisory practices and the daily demands of the field. This community is designed to combat that isolation and provide a space for alignment and support.
